HR / Personnel Services

We can provide full or part time support to your HR team, or act as your HR Director. If you only need support for a couple of days a month we will happily provide it. We can offer interim management if you require it, perhaps helping you to cover a vacancy, or a maternity leave, or helping you to restructure your HR offering.

Sometimes HR issues can become quite overwhelming; we can provide that extra bit of support to the people who deal with the issues now.

  • Our HR Director service will help you do some forward planning, think about people strategies and develop the skills and capabilities of your organisation.
  • Our HR Consultant Service will work with you or for you to devise, develop and implement projects such as mergers, TUPE, restructuring, benefit reviews and employment issues. If change results in the need for redundancies we can help you deal with them sensitively (see Downsizing & Redundancy).
  • Our HR support service will help you to draw up contracts, employee handbooks, policies and reward systems.
  • Our contacts in the world of pensions and employee benefits allow us to provide impartial advice to our clients.

We are also able to offer person centred counselling, via trained experts, to help your employees deal with stress or help them overcome some traumatic events. Other options related to stress management include a range of massage plans to ease those tensions.
