Psychometrics and Testing
We use a variety of tests that can be used on-line, with individuals on our premises or theirs, and we offer the option of written reports & full one to one feedback in person or over the phone.
These tests are designed to establish an understanding of personality, behaviour, competence and ability. They can be used to support recruitment and selection decisions, management development, individual coaching or outplacement programmes

NEO PI-R UK – Personality Inventory (similar to SHL OPQ); valuable in selection and development situations

Thomas International – PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) using DISC

MDQ – Management Development Questionnaire (including 360 degree feedback option); an assessment of core management competencies

Psychometrics and testing PPM – Power and Performance Measures; these tests are used to measure aptitude and ability in areas such as numeracy, verbal & perceptive reasoning, spatial awareness, problem solving and mechanical understanding

Implicitly - this is the first commercially available IAT (Implicit Association Theory) metric which provides solid evidence of the link between prejudiced attitudes and discriminatory behaviour against particular social groups.
